Recruiting for the HubSpot product team is a full time job. Multiple recruiters attend college events, put on talks and lectures, and network in Cambridge to find top talent. Hannah Fleishman created and edited content for the HubSpot Product Blog to lure candidates in as well.
Unfortunately, the site was in disarray and lacked context around the product team. As we were competing with companies like Mailchimp, Spotify, and EF Tours who had buttoned up, clear and content-filled sites just for recruiting. Over the course of a few months, myself and another designer scoped out the information architecture, user experience and visual design for a new home for recruiting.
